Peuka is an all-in-one parking platform: users book private and commercial parking spaces through our marketplace or pay directly via app in public parking areas—no machines, no paper tickets. We're in our growth phase and are aiming for an aggressive booking target by the end of 2026. The two managing directors have three non-delegable responsibilities: partnerships, growth strategy and investor relations, and product vision. Everything else is in your hands.
Your Responsibilities
You manage the managing directors' time.
You filter, prioritize, and block. No meeting that doesn't contribute to the three core areas of the managing directors takes place without your approval. The calendar is your most important product.

You process emails, identify what truly requires a management decision—and what you handle yourself, escalate, or reject. Open issues don't fall through the cracks because you're the system.
Project and Stakeholder Coordination
City partners, external service providers, internal projects—you keep everything running smoothly, ensure deadlines are met, and brief management in two minutes instead of twenty.
Preparation, Research, Decision-Making Documents
Before an important meeting, management has everything they need: briefings, quote comparisons, decision templates—precise, without filler.
Operational Support in Day-to-Day Operations
Tools, processes, onboarding new team members, travel arrangements, contract filing—you ensure seamless, behind-the-scenes operations.

- Experience in a comparable role—ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
- Fluent German, fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficient use of Slack, calendars, and similar tools, as well as openness to working with AI
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating external partners
