The company

Peuka is an all-in-one parking platform: Users book private and commercial parking spaces via our Marketplace or pay in municipal parking spaces directly via app — without a machine, without a note. We are in the growth phase and are heading for an aggressive booking target by the end of 2026. The two managing directors have three non-delegable tasks: partnerships, growth strategy + investor relations, product vision. Everything else belongs in your hands.

Your tasks

You own the time of the managing directors
You filter, prioritize and block. No meeting that does not contribute to the three core areas of the GF will take place without your approval. The calendar is your most important product.

Inbox management and follow-up tracking
You process emails, recognize what really needs a decision from the GF — and what you do, escalate or reject yourself. Open points don't fall through the cracks because you are the system.

Project and stakeholder coordination
City partners, external service providers, internal projects — you pull all the strings together, make sure deadlines are met, and brief the CEO in two minutes instead of twenty.

Preparation, research, decision documents
Before an important meeting takes place, the managing directors have everything they need: briefings, offer comparisons, decision templates — precisely, without filler material.

Operational support in day-to-day business
Tools, processes, onboarding of new team members, travel organization, contract filing — you make operations invisibly smooth.

You are proactive, not reactive
You anticipate what will be needed next. The GF don't tell you what's missing — you know it beforehand.

You communicate clearly
No beating around the bush. You know how to communicate upwards, escalate — and say no on behalf of the GF.

Not everything that feels urgent is. You sort by effect — not by volume.

Discreet and trustworthy
You will work closely on strategy, figures and partner discussions. Trust is not an option — it is a requirement.

What you bring to the table

  • Experience in a comparable role — ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Fluent in German, fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Confident handling of Slack, calendar and co. as well as openness to working with AI
  • Experience in stakeholder management and in the coordination of external partners
  • High degree of personal responsibility
