Customer service employee (24 to 40 hours)

Your focus is on good service to our customers: in this you are Q-Park's calling card. A customer with a question or complaint? You solve it. The aim is to provide the correct answer through the channel preferred by the customer, within the shortest possible time. We try to convert every customer contact into a positive customer experience.
You speak professionally to our customers through various channels, including telephone (inbound and outbound), social media and e-mail. The topics are very diverse: Think of questions about online reservations, the Q-Park app, about our services, rates, invoicing or general questions.
You handle complaints. You listen and handle this content correctly. If necessary, call in colleagues from other departments to resolve the complaint and prevent more complaints.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a customer-friendly enthusiastic employee with a heart for the customer. Helping customers and solving problems, that makes you happy. You have excellent communication and administrative skills (written and oral). You are a team player and have experience with customer contact. You are no stranger to working in MS Office. You are proactive, punctual, flexible, commercial and you have perseverance. You function at least at MBO + level and work during customer contact hours.
