Duties:

As a remote surveillance and/or video surveillance operator, you ensure site security remotely by analyzing information from security or video surveillance systems installed on site. You use remote surveillance and video surveillance devices and equipment either independently or in a complementary manner. In the event of an alarm(s) or proven anomaly(s), you initiate the actions defined in the instructions given, in compliance with the regulations in force and the procedures of the remote monitoring or video surveillance centre.

You receive intercom calls and take care of the customer's request. You participate in the traceability of the activity through the supervision tools made available to you.

Required profile :

You have a sense of customer service, both internal (car park staff) and external (hourly customers or subscribers). You are punctual and you respect the procedures. You have team spirit. You are familiar with office tools. Calm, responsive, with a sense of contact, you manage stressful situations. You ideally have a first significant experience in teleprospecting or telesales.

You ideally hold the SSIAP.

You have a solid foundation in English.
