As Team Leader Operations The Hague you are responsible for the parking locations in this region. It concerns 31 small and large garages. In this role you perform both operational and managerial activities when it comes to managing 22 Parking Hosts. You are the point of contact for the workplace and ensure that everything is managed in the right direction. This is reflected in the activities below:

• You plan and coordinate the activities of the Parking Host and monitor their implementation in order to meet the quality requirements;
• You prepare and conduct interviews with your team members (such as evaluation interviews, annual interviews and long-term sick reports);
• You act proactively and in an advisory capacity as a point of contact for the team and you are responsible for conducting team meetings;
• You solve operational problems independently, such as malfunctions or damage in the garages;
• You ensure that existing procedures, working methods, processes, etc. You make proposals for improvement in consultation with the Operations Manager;
• You are responsible for keeping overviews and reports and translate these into the work to be performed and improvement proposals.

Job requirements

To be eligible for this vacancy, you must have at least the following competencies:

• HBO working and thinking level;
• A number of years of relevant managerial work experience in a similar position within a service and commercial organization;
• Demonstrable strong leadership qualities;
• Proactive, driven and result-oriented;
• Resistant to stress, willing to change and able to switch quickly between different situations;
• Flexible employability. This means that you run a breakdown service once a month;
• Preferably living in the region of The Hague;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, English is an advantage;
  Possession of driving license B.
