IT Administrator

We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Israel office internal information technology infrastructure and resources. You will balance daily operations and projects in a cross functional operating environment. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of network maintenance and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall growth.

The Contribution: (roles and responsibilities)

  • Act as the sole IT business partner and be the Go-To for all IT related issues.
  • Manage, setup, install and maintain company networks and software.
  • Take a hands-on approach to maintain and monitor all aspects of the IT daily operations and infrastructure.
  • Manage onsite and remote technical support for the team. Offer solutions that meet the needs of the employees.
  • Maintain and define IT infrastructure strategy and processes.
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
  • Manage all platforms used by our team.
  • Providing desk-side support for MacOS and Windows.
  • Implement and maintain networking and security devices.
  • Responsible for on/offboarding IT procedures.
  • Working with vendors for hardware and software investments.
  • Manage, maintain and keep up to date operating systems, anti-virus software and other corporate applications.
  • Maintain user identity and access control in the company. Manage user accounts and profiles.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews.
  • Support overall corporate IT program.
  • Take ownership of the local office network which consists of switches, access points, zoom rooms, and printers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the information technology field.
  • Experience in managing network and network security
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills and ability to work in demanding situations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Experience in implementing, operating and maintaining modern IT footprint, such as SaaS solutions, video conferencing, remote work, etc.
  • Remaining up to date with changes in technology.
  • Good level English
  • Experience at a global company - an advantage
  • Office 365 management – an advantage
