What can you expect?

  • Consulting & Cooperation: You will work closely with managers, works councils as well as our international People & Culture Team and other HR Competence Centers. As a sparring partner for your stakeholders, you will develop sustainable solutions along the entire employee lifecycle and strengthen the cooperation with our managers in a targeted manner.
  • Leadership Enablement & People Development: You will actively support managers in their role and contribute to the establishment of an effective, sustainable leadership culture. In doing so, you will accompany performance management processes as well as the targeted further development of employees and teams.
  • Change & Culture Development: You will actively drive change processes and shape a modern, agile corporate culture in the FinTech environment. In doing so, you will accompany and manage transformation initiatives, provide targeted support for organizational development measures and promote sustainable cultural development. In addition, you will be involved in AI initiatives and thus make an active contribution to the further development of a sustainable organization.
  • HR Projects & Analytics: You initiate and manage HR projects and actively participate in overarching initiatives. In addition, you use KPIs and HR analyses as a sound basis for decision-making, promote data-driven decisions and enable internal stakeholders in dealing with employee experience data.
  • Employment Law & Governance: You will advise managers on employment law issues and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner: You have at least three years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in HR Business Partnering in a modern, transformation-driven environment. You have in-depth knowledge of the employee lifecycle as well as German employment law.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: You are a convincing sparring partner for managers, act confidently and manage different stakeholders confidently and goal-oriented.
  • Change & Transformation Experience: You have experience in supporting change processes and organizational development measures and have a good understanding of modern working methods and cultural development.
  • Project & Implementation Expertise: You will initiate and manage HR projects independently and implement topics in a structured and pragmatic manner.
  • Data & Future Orientation: You use HR key figures and analytics to derive well-founded decisions and work in a data-driven manner. You are interested in digital trends, especially in the field of AI, and ideally have initial experience in this context.
  • Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly, in a way that is appropriate for the target group and convincingly, both in German and English. You work proactively, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, while at the same time being flexible and confident in a dynamic environment.
