Sales Development Representative (Munich/Remote, DE)


Would you like to become part of a dynamic and committed team? As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d), you take on a key position within the Peter Park organization and make a significant contribution to achieving all sales goals. Be the central point of contact for our diverse customers in the B2B and B2G sectors and be available to answer their inquiries at any time to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You embody Peter Park in every interaction and ensure that our promise of quality and customer satisfaction is reflected.


  • You make Peter Park known and drive our scaling in the DACH region both independently and as a team.
  • You identify and qualify exciting B2B and B2G customers and get them excited about our product.
  • You take on outbound activities (email, calls, video appointments, social selling, events, etc.) and support the conversion of the customer pipeline.
  • As a market expert, you recognize trends and develop new, innovative ways to generate company growth.
  • You accompany our customers during the acquisition process and are available to answer any questions they may have.
  • You ensure high data quality in our CRM system.
  • You will actively work on internal projects and initiatives to strengthen the sales team and the Peter Park organization.
  • You are in constant communication with the business development team and work closely with the account executives.


  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales, IoT / SaaS, inside sales or similar.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot) is an advantage.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills: listening is just as important as speaking. Authentic appearance, open communication and individual approach are the key to success.

  • Very good knowledge of German and English. Fluent knowledge of Italian and/or French is a plus.


  • 40 hours per week (based on trust)
  • Home office policy: 3 days in the office / 2 days remotely
