Your tasks

  • Are you passionate about the service business? You review and evaluate incoming service orders and prioritize incoming service requests.
  • With your expertise, you will conduct a technical assessment of all incoming service orders and handle the deployment and material planning. You will manage the procurement of spare parts, schedule and plan our service technicians, control all internal and external deadlines, and thus ensure the efficient processing of all after-sales orders.
  • Your hands-on mentality sets you apart? In our service management tool (ServiceNow), you accept customer requests, record them, create structured work orders, and prioritize incoming requirements.
  • Is teamwork not a foreign concept to you? As a central point of contact, you are in regular direct contact with customers and coordinate closely with sales, spare parts, after-sales and other contacts.
