Your responsibilities
- Comprehensive double-entry bookkeeping in SAP (supplier/customer invoices, asset records, internal documents, bank statements, payroll accounting, cash documents and business travel accounting).
- The work agenda is divided into smaller functional areas among several members of the finance department and rotated at regular intervals.
- Preparation of tax returns for VAT, income tax, and motor vehicle tax.
- Education and orientation in the tax and accounting fields with the application of legislative changes.
- Processing VAT refund applications from EU member states.
- Processing of statistical reports for the NBS and the Statistical Office.
- Processing of documents for the parent company and internal preparatory work in MS Excel.
- Creation and maintenance of basic data in SAP.
- Cost allocation and processing of monthly controlling closing.
- Processing monthly reporting for the parent company.
- Creation of an annual financial plan and calculation of billing rates.
- Creation and editing of controlling data in SAP - cost centers, profit centers, orders, cost elements, activity types/prices, statistical indicators, allocation cycles, reports.
- Coordination of a team of 3 accountants.
Your profile
- Successfully completed secondary school or university education in economics.
- Experience with accounting processing in SAP is an advantage.
- Experience in preparing and drafting financial statements and tax returns is an advantage.
- Orientation in the field of taxes and accounting.
- Experience in controlling and reporting.
- Knowledge of MS Office at a slightly advanced level.
- Knowledge of German or English.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, responsibility.
- Discretion, independence and consistency.
