Your tasks

  • Are you passionate about the service business? You check and evaluate incoming service orders and prioritize incoming service requests.
  • With your know-how, you will carry out a technical evaluation of all incoming service orders and take over deployment and material planning. You will manage the scheduling of spare parts, plan and schedule our service technicians (m/f/d), control all internal and external deadlines and thus ensure efficient processing of all aftersales orders.
  • Do you have a hands-on mentality? In our service management tool (ServiceNow), you accept customer requests, record them, create structured work orders and prioritize incoming requirements.
  • Teamwork is not a foreign word to you? As a central interface, you will be in regular direct contact with customers and coordinate closely with sales, spare parts, aftersales and other contact persons.

What you bring to the table

  • Completed technical or commercial training with very good technical understanding (e.g. office clerk, mechatronics technician, electronics technician (m/f/d)
  • First professional experience in Technical Service / Customer Service or as an assistant advantageous
  • Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
  • Affinity for technology
  • High communication skills in a dynamic environment
