Your tasks

  • As part of the Facility Management team, you will plan and manage energy-efficient renovations of hall roofs at our production and assembly halls and visibly advance energy-saving measures.
  • You will be involved in the construction project "New transformer station and energy distribution systems" as a technical interface between internal departments, specialist planners and executing companies.
  • You evaluate renovation options, execution details and addenda from a technical, energy-related and economic perspective.
  • You will coordinate topics related to energy distribution, power supply, PV connection and building technology interfaces securely with the partners involved.
  • You analyze and optimize plant parameters to further improve energy efficiency, operational reliability and sustainability.
  • You support tenders, contracts, construction processes, acceptances and documentation in the technical project environment.
  • You raise awareness among employees and tenants about energy-efficient behavior and sustainable solutions in building operations.

  • Qualifications: Degree or vocational training in energy technology, building technology, supply technology with further training as a technician / master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience in technical construction or renovation projects , ideally in the industrial, production or building technology sector.
  • A good understanding of energy-efficient renovations, roof structures, building services engineering and electrical power distribution
  • Safety in dealing with specialist planners, construction companies, internal contacts and external partners
  • A structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working , with which you keep track of deadlines, costs and technical interfaces.
  • Enjoyment in putting sustainability into practice and not only planning but actively promoting energy efficiency

The position is limited to 2 years - with a chance of being hired permanently.
