Your tasks

  • Do you really want to understand users? You will conduct user research and develop personas and customer journeys.

  • Degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI, Media/Communication Design, Psychology or comparable qualification
  • Experience and confident use of design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD as well as in-depth knowledge of design principles, interaction design and visual hierarchy
  • Experience in analysing user behaviour and deriving concrete measures from research results
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with different departments
