Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative at BISS, you will play a crucial role in developing strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients by understanding their challenges and offering solutions that address their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing outreach strategies tailored to the target audiences. This includes crafting personalized emails, making cold calls, and leveraging social media platforms to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Scheduling appointments or demos between qualified leads and Sales Representatives for more detailed discussions about the products or services.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and materials aligned with customer needs.
  • Utilizing market insights to refine outreach strategies and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Providing regular feedback to sales and product development teams on customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and perseverance.
  • English and German language knowledge.
  • Latvian knowledge (preferably).
