Project Manager (HR)

Main tasks:

  • leading projects to completion
  • ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
  • planning, successfully allocating and overviewing budgets
  • delegating tasks to responsible team members
  • providing support to the project team and motivating them to take positive action and accountability for their work
  • working with internal stakeholders (mainly HW and SW Engineers, production and procurement) and overseeing all developmental stages to create high quality solutions
  • preparing regular and timely status reports that include risks and issues that may occur during the project
  • determining requirements of end-users and identifying ways to minimize the use of technical instructions
  • creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • preparing technical guidelines, training documents and operation manuals

Preferred profile:

  • university degree, preferably in computer science, engineering or similar
  • professional experience working on a similar position
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • proactive and hands-on approach to work
  • high level of client orientation
  • great organizational and problem-solving skills
  • strong ability to work in a team
  • knowledge of English language

An additional plus is if you:

  • have experience with agile project management methodologies including Scrum
  • have experience working in the IT industry
  • are familiar with basic concepts of programming
  • have knowledge of German language
