Your tasks

This involves taking responsibility for customer service in French-speaking Switzerland, leading a small team of technicians. Our customers are active in sports, mountaineering and events. Our systems consist of access gates, machines, servers, PCs and the software required for access control.

Your profile

  • Training as an electronics engineer, automation engineer or computer scientist or training deemed equivalent 

  • Experience in technical team management 

  • PC environments, computer networks, Microsoft operating systems (servers), Linux and SQL databases are mastered

  • Mastering customer contact

  • French language with very good knowledge of English; German is a plus

  • Driving license
