As Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator, you are the right hand of the Branch Director Netherlands. You ensure that everything runs smoothly — from complex schedules to well-organized team activities. Thanks to you, management can fully focus on steering the organization.

In addition, you are the main point of contact in the office and play a key role in creating a pleasant, well-organized work environment.

What are you going to do?

Executive support

  • Managing the Branch Director's (and VP Sales) calendar and mailbox
  • Preparing, planning, and taking minutes of management and operational meetings
  • Monitoring actions, deadlines, and decision-making
  • Assisting with presentations and correspondence

Organization & coordination

  • Coordinating internal and external appointments (such as client visits)
  • Arranging travel and practical matters regarding appointments
  • Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to process improvements

Office management

  • Ensuring a smoothly running office
  • Maintain contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with facility matters and fleet management

Culture & events

  • Organizing internal activities such as holidays, team activities, and social events
  • Fostering connection and engagement within the team

Communication & marketing support

  • Drafting and sharing internal communication
  • Assisting with social media and employer branding
  • Identifying opportunities to increase the visibility of SKIDATA

Team & MT support

  • Bringing structure to team and MT meetings
  • Monitoring the follow-up of actions and improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to continuity and cooperation

Your place within SKIDATA

You are part of the Dutch organization and report directly to the Branch Director Netherlands.

You work closely with HR, Finance, and the management team. Due to your role, you are at the heart of the organization and a key point of contact for both organizational and facility matters.

Who are you?

Experience & background

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level (preferably in Management Support or Office Management)
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • You are a strong communicator and connect easily with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in a dynamic, professional organization is a plus.

  • Communicatively skilled and organizationally sensitive

  • Discreet and reliable

Knowledge

  • Good command of MS Office
  • Good command of Dutch and English
