This full-time position is ideal for those who enjoy a dynamic, customer-focused role. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to key projects that ensure the smooth operation of SKIDATA's systems in our Parking Solution.

What are your duties:

  • You install and maintain SKIDATA's access control and parking management systems and ensure optimal performance in Brussels and the surrounding area.
  • You will act as the face of SKIDATA, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • You diagnose and resolve problems on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers' business operations.
  • You work independently on projects, with flexibility in prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing customer needs.
  • You are available for on-call duties (every 5 weeks), so that the systems remain operational outside regular working hours, with an additional compensation.

Your Profile:

  • You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
  • You’re eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing, hands-on engineering role.
  • You’re interested in IT and enjoy working with technology.
  • You have experience in updating or patching (software updates)
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working independently, but are also a team player.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English
  • You’re flexible, proactive, and enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic, field-based role.
