Sales Specialist (Istanbul, TR)

You will play a key role in strengthening our market presence in Türkiye, serving as a critical link between our customers, business partners, suppliers, and internal departments.

Tasks

  • To introduce and sell SKIDATA products and solutions to potential customers.
  • Managing existing customer relationships and developing long-term business relationships.
  • Preparing proposals, following up on contract processes, and correctly processing orders through AX.
  • Conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Actively using the CRM system and monitoring the current status of the project and delivery processes.
  • SKIDATA's head office (Sales Support, Controlling) works in coordination with local operations teams and suppliers.
  • To handle debt collection and provide professional communication on all business matters.
  • The desire and flexibility to travel frequently (approximately 80%).

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; customer-focused and proactive work style.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with CRM and AX is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, responsible, and adept at teamwork.
  • No restrictions on domestic or international travel.
