Sales Support Specialist (Altdorf, CH)
Your tasks – varied and responsible:
- Offer management: you will create technical offers for our customers together with our field sales force, using our CRM and ERP system for this purpose.
- Tender processing: you independently coordinate the analysis and processing of tenders and work closely with our internal experts.
- Technical clarifications: you regularly and actively coordinate with our specialist departments regarding products and solutions.
- Contract management: you create, review, and maintain customer and partner contracts.
- Customer communication: you feel comfortable actively handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
- Partner management: you maintain our existing partnerships and ensure professional collaboration and further development.
- Document management: you maintain and further develop our work templates and documentation, ensuring their structured storage on our SharePoint site.
- Information sharing: as an interface between field sales and project management, you prepare relevant sales information and distribute it to the internal departments.
Your profile – what you bring to the table:
- You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification – alternatively, technical training with strong commercial knowledge is also welcome.
- You bring relevant professional experience in inside sales or technical sales support.
- Ideally, you have experience in the technical field , e.g. with technical products and solutions.
- You are proficient in using MS-Office 365, CRM and ERP systems.
- You have very good German skills, both spoken and written; good English skills are an advantage.
- You have a structured , independent and solution-oriented work style.
