In this role, you will be the link between customers, sales staff, technical teams, project management, and management.

What you will do

  • Creating offers: You create and manage customer quotes and offers.
  • Maintaining customer data: You maintain and manage customer data in our CRM and AX systems.
  • Supporting tenders: You will assist in responding to tenders.
  • Maintaining price lists & products: You maintain the Swiss price list and check products from third-party providers.
  • Supporting sales campaigns: You prepare documents and measures for sales campaigns.
  • Follow up on offers: You consistently follow up on open offers.
  • Processing orders: You process customer orders correctly and efficiently.
  • Supporting the handover of projects: You will assist in ensuring a smooth transition from sale to project implementation.

What you bring

  • Commercial training (e.g., business administration) or technical training (e.g., industrial engineering), ideally with further training as a "Technical Sales Representative".
  • Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in sales support, inside sales or customer service.
  • A good understanding of IT products, software, and technological solutions.
  • Customer-oriented, meticulous and independent work style, also within a team.
  • Sales and commercial experience as well as strong communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken English skills (for internal communication).
