As a Senior Specialist Supply Chain Operations (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in Switzerland – with a clear hands-on focus and the prospect of gradually developing into a leadership role . You will work operationally in day-to-day business, make well-founded decisions, and actively drive the further development of processes and professional collaboration within the cross-site team in Kriessern & Adliswil .
What you will do:
- You are responsible for the operational order processing end-to-end – from ordering to delivery to invoicing – and work daily in the ERP system (AX12).
- You will take on a professional lead role for a small, cross-site team in Kriessern & Adliswil and support colleagues in their daily business as well as with professional questions.
- You optimize processes in order processing, warehousing, logistics and purchasing – with a focus on efficiency, transparency and customer satisfaction.
- You will work closely with Sales, Project Management and Service and act as the central point of contact for SCM Europe.
- You manage inventory, delivery dates, KPIs and costs, and derive concrete measures from this.
- You will gradually develop towards a leadership role and, in the long term, take on more responsibility in the coordination and further development of the team.
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training or studies in logistics, supply chain or business administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
- Several years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain or warehouse management .
- Pronounced professional seniority and an interest in developing into a leadership role in the future ( initial leadership experience is an advantage ).
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (ideally AX12) and MS Office.
- Hands-on mentality, structured work style and very good German and English skills; willingness to travel within Switzerland (~20%).
