What are the duties?

  • Install and maintain SKIDATA's access control and parking management systems and ensure optimal performance in Brussels and the surrounding area.
  • Act as the face of SKIDATA, maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services. - Diagnose and resolve issues on-site to minimize disruption to our clients' operations . - Work independently on projects, with flexibility in prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing client needs. - Be available for on-call duties (every 5 weeks) to keep the systems operational outside regular working hours, for additional compensation.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
  • You are eager to learn and want to grow in a customer-oriented, practical engineering role.
  • You are interested in IT and enjoy working with technology.
  • You have experience with updates or patching (software updates).
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working independently, but are also a team player.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and can manage in French and English.
  • You are flexible, proactive, and enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic field service position.
