You will install and commission state-of-the-art access systems. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, customer support, and maintenance work, including on-call duties. You will be responsible for the technical system support and commissioning of SKIDATA systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and documenting installations (e.g., ski and event systems, network components, etc.). You will provide second-level support for technical issues, remotely or on-site, and escalate them to third-level support or the manufacturer if necessary.
