Your mission

Do you love technology, solving problems, and satisfying customers?
As a Service Technician for French-speaking Switzerland, you'll bring our innovative parking management and access control solutions to life. You'll commission the systems, support our clients, and ensure everything runs smoothly – with a high degree of autonomy, confidence, and variety in your daily work.

Your responsibilities

  • Installing, commissioning and maintaining our systems throughout French-speaking Switzerland
  • Troubleshoot and restore the operation of installations using your technical expertise
  • Assisting and training clients – on-site and in our Sion office
  • Ensure clear reporting and meticulous documentation; establish clear service reports
  • Participate in the on-call service

Your profile

  • CFC electronics technician or equivalent training.
  • Strong knowledge of networks and databases
  • A taste for practical work and a knack for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Autonomy, flexibility and team spirit
  • Based in Switzerland (preferably in the Lake Geneva region)
  • Driving license
  • Languages: Fluent French; Professional level English
