Service Technician (Western AT)
Your tasks
In your role as a Service Technician in the Parking & Mobility division, you will be the first technical contact person for our customers during ongoing operations. You will ensure the high quality of our services, rectify faults directly on site and ensure that our systems function reliably – within defined SLAs and with the highest customer orientation.
What you'll do:
- Processing of service, incident and support assignments at our customers' premises
- Ensure compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs)
- Analysis, rectification and sustainable solution of technical faults
- Carrying out root cause analyses in the event of recurring error patterns
- Complete and correct documentation of all service calls
- Support of your own spare parts and material warehouse
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships through professional appearance
- Recognizing customer needs and passing on optimization suggestions
Your profile
- Completed technical training (HTL, apprenticeship or similar)
- (motivated career changers with a technical background are welcome)
- Initial experience in technical service or customer communication is an advantage
- Good technical understanding as well as basic IT know-how
- Interest in new technologies in the field of Parking & Mobility
- Very good communication and social skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team
- Written and spoken German, basic knowledge of English
- High willingness to travel within western Austria (up to approx. 70–90%)
