What you'll do:
- Processing orders: You will take customer orders and project inquiries and process them efficiently.
- Procurement & Warehouse Management: You order goods from our headquarters or third-party suppliers and ensure lean, well-organized warehousing.
- Create quotes & invoices: You will prepare customer offers, invoices and shipping documents – precisely and on time.
- Check supplier invoices: You process incoming invoices promptly and ensure correct bookings.
- Controlling the Invoice Process: You actively drive invoicing, minimize backlogs and ensure data quality.
- Processing customer requests: You deal professionally with complaints and find customer-oriented solutions.
- Monitor incoming payments: You coordinate open payments with the accounting department and stay with customers in a friendly but firm manner.
- Communication interface: You are the central contact person for customers, sales colleagues, service technicians and project managers.
- Optimize warehouse processes: You will monitor internal processes and actively support the annual inventory in October.
- ERP data maintenance: You will keep all relevant information up-to-date and ensure a clean database.
What you bring to the table:

We offer a salary in line with the market that is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement is 2,362.00 euros gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary is overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
