About the position
Do you want a broad supply chain role in which you bear both operational and administrative responsibility? As an Order Fulfillment & Logistics Administrator , you are the central point of contact for project orders, spare parts, warehouse activities, and data quality in AX12. You combine three classic supply chain domains in one position and play an important role in the continuity of the Belgian organization.
What you do as an Order Fulfillment & Logistics Administrator
Key tasks:
- Managing the entire project order cycle in AX12, including purchasing, delivery, invoicing, and closing;
- Processing spare parts and service orders, including contract management and credit notes;
- Performing warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory checks;
- Coordinating transport and liaising with logistics and external partners;
- Following up on financial processes such as postings, accruals, and reconciliations;
- Maintaining and improving master data (customers, suppliers, items, projects);
- Acting as the central point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking an eager-to-learn, hands-on, and reliable professional who takes responsibility and feels comfortable in a role encompassing both warehouse work and administrative processes. Motivation, accuracy, and a willingness to learn are decisive.
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or an operational project environment;
- Proficiency in working with ERP systems (AX12 is a plus);
- Interest in administrative and financial processes such as invoicing, bookings, and GL;
- Willingness to perform both physical warehouse duties and administrative tasks;
- Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance in a dynamic environment;
- Long-term commitment and willingness to acquire knowledge;
- Excellent command of Dutch, very good knowledge of French, and fluent English.
