System Engineer (m/f/d) full-time
Your tasks
As a dynamic and dedicated System Engineer/Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) in the internal sales department, you will be the direct contact for our customers in second-level support within our service organization. You will advise not only customers but also field service technicians. Your affinity for IT and complex software environments underscores your problem-solving skills.
You will install and configure our access systems and commission them. You will carry out upgrades to existing systems and support and advise customers regarding services.
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical training (e.g. IT, electrical engineering, training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable)
