Technical Support Engineer (Adliswil, CH)

What you will do:
- Technical support with foresight: You provide remote support to our customers and ensure that their parking systems function reliably – from the city center to the airport.
- Ensuring service quality: You process technical requests according to contractually agreed response times (SLA) and actively contribute to improving our remote resolution time.
- Advising customers: You identify optimization potential and support the introduction of new products and solutions.
- Embrace teamwork: You work closely with the service team, Global Technical Support and our partners – and contribute your expertise to installations and upgrades.
- Take responsibility: You will help us increase our service revenues, reduce travel costs and continuously improve processes.
What you bring:
- Technical training (IT specialist EFZ or similar) and initial experience in technical support.
- Basic IT knowledge , technical understanding and enthusiasm for new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy for customers.
- Independent, flexible work style and team spirit.
- German at native speaker level, Business English (C1).
