What do we do at SpecifAI Parking?

We specialize in smart, data-driven parking solutions for municipalities, parking operators, asset owners, and real estate organizations. We develop innovative software that brings together parking data from various systems into one intelligent platform. This gives clients real-time insight into performance, revenue, occupancy, and operational processes.

With clients and projects both domestically and internationally, SpecifAI Parking is working on the future of parking management, business intelligence, and AI-driven optimization. Our SaaS solution runs entirely in the cloud and is built using modern technologies such as AWS Serverless, Lambda, React, JavaScript, and various API and database integrations.
In addition, we actively invest in the development of AI applications within the parking and mobility sector. Examples include AI Agents, predictive analytics, automatic anomaly detection, and smart recommendations based on real-time data. With this, we help customers not only gain insight into their current performance but also look ahead and make better-informed decisions.

What will you be doing as a Medior Developer / DevOps?

  • Developing and maintaining cloud-native applications and API connections
  • Contributing to the further development of our Parking Intelligence platform
  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines
  • Working on AWS serverless infrastructures and automation
  • Monitoring and improving performance, security, and scalability
  • Integrating external data sources via REST APIs and databases
  • Collaborating with development, support, and project management
  • Identifying technical areas for improvement and contributing to innovation
  • Assisting with deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting

What type of person do we think fits this role best?

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree level of work and thinking
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Developer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
  • Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frontend/backend development
  • Knowledge of AWS, serverless architecture, and cloud environments
  • Experience with API integrations, databases, and automation
  • Familiar with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps processes
  • Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented
  • A proactive and hands-on mentality
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages
