T2 Systems is evolving from a suite of standalone products to a connected ecosystem that empowers customers with unified visibility, operational intelligence, and proactive engagement across their parking and mobility programs.

We are seeking a Director, Principal, or Group Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise-layer initiatives. This role will drive the development of a centralized pane-of-glass experience—a single console through which users can seamlessly interact with all T2 solutions. The focus is on building horizontal, reusable capabilities that scale across industries and customer profiles, reducing duplication and complexity while enhancing value.

In addition to owning the enterprise product experience, this role will also drive two strategic extensions:

  1. An ecosystem engagement strategy, enabling internal development teams and customers to discover, activate, and derive value from partner innovations.
  2. An early adopter pipeline, focused on accelerating co-development opportunities and capturing feedback from innovative customers.

This position will play a critical role in defining how T2 connects data, workflows, and user interactions across its portfolio—delivering a unified platform experience that helps our customers see more, know more, and do more—regardless of which or how many products they use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the enterprise product vision and roadmap, including shared capabilities that unify user experience, insights, and engagement across T2’s portfolio.
  • Lead the delivery of a centralized, single-console services platform that provides a consistent operational data across products, reducing friction and redundancy.
  • Develop platform-level services such as shared messaging, analytics, rules engines, and notification systems that scale across industries and customer sizes.
  • Build and manage a cross-product extension ecosystem, enabling seamless discovery, activation, and integration of third-party partner capabilities that enhance the core T2 offering.
  • Partner with internal experience product teams to align on standards and expectations for how platform services should be prioritized and leveraged.
  • Build a service-oriented mindset & culture across teams
  • Establish and operate an early adopter and co-innovation framework, engaging forward-leaning customers to validate roadmap concepts, gather feedback, and accelerate go-to-market readiness.
  • Identify common operational patterns across customers and verticals and translate them into modular, reusable platform components.
  • Collaborate with GTM and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, value realization, and feedback loops across enterprise programs.
  • Partner with technical leadership to define governance models, usage standards, and ethical boundaries for platform-wide automation and AI-assisted workflows—ensuring customer trust, data integrity, and responsible innovation.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics around adoption, engagement, and the measurable impact of cross-product and ecosystem services.
  • Stay current on SaaS, GovTech, and platform innovation trends to inform product strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
