Nordic Sales Manager – Parking/Security/Access Control
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth across the Nordic, Baltic and Polish markets within our Parking, Security & Access Control business unit.
In this key role, you will help us reach ambitious business and revenue goals by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our advanced long-range RFID readers and ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras for vehicle identification.
You will actively manage existing customers while developing new accounts and partnerships that deliver profitable growth and long-term value.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development in the Nordic, Baltic, and Polish markets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Present our cutting-edge solutions to system integrators, access control specialists, and parking operators.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver results.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the regional growth strategy.
Who You Are
You’re a proven B2B sales professional with experience in the security/access control industry. You understand technically advanced solutions and thrive in a fast-moving, international environment.
We believe you have:
- A successful track record in sales within the Nordics.
- Experience in access control, or camera technology.
- A strong technical understanding of complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
Your main customers will be system integrators active in the security sector (Access Control) and parking operation companies.
