Make the difference as a Project Manager

As a Project Manager at TKH Security, you will lead innovative and complex security projects that contribute to a safer society. You act as the connecting link between the client and our team of project engineers and specialists, while maintaining oversight from start to finish. You ensure everything is aligned: content, planning, and collaboration.

What will you do as a Project Manager?

  • Lead and coordinate security installation projects from start to finish
  • Create project plans, including timelines, cost estimates, risk management, and resource planning
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and translate them into concrete solutions
  • Manage (and coach) project teams (technicians, engineers, installers)
  • Monitor project progress and perform quality checks
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of materials and resources
  • Resolve technical and organizational challenges
  • Work closely with the sales department to strengthen commercial opportunities and client relationships

What do we expect from you?

As a Project Manager, we expect that you:

  • Have at least a completed bachelor’s degree (HBO), preferably in technology, security, or project management
  • Have experience in the security industry and managing complex installations/projects
  • Have proven experience in project management, preferably leading security projects
  • Have knowledge of security systems such as intrusion detection, CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have a proactive, result-driven, and hands-on attitude
  • Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations
