What are you going to do?
As a UX Researcher at TKH Security, you'll have a versatile role that combines the best of both worlds! You'll be the bridge between our users and our products, a true detective who discovers what users truly want. You'll explore the needs of different target groups and devise ways to make our products even better than our competitors.

Who are you as a UX Researcher?
As a driven UX Researcher, you'll combine analytical user research with a proactive approach. Your strategic input and independent approach will help you improve our security software and user interfaces. You'll be the crucial link between Product Owners and Developers, translating user needs into technical implementations.
The ideal profile for our UX Researcher:
- At least 3 years of experience in UX Research or a similar role within software development;
- Higher professional education working or thinking level with analytical skills for complex issues;
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English;
- Experience with scrum/agile and user-centered design processes;
- Technical affinity with software applications and security systems;
- Knowledge of SSO, cluster environments and camera/event integrations;
- Interest in AI video analysis and other innovative technologies.
