Responsibilities

  • Processing customer emails
  • Telephone and written communication with customers
  • Expert advice
  • Customer-oriented problem solving
  • Ensuring the customer's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
  • Recording of business transactions in the business software

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training
  • Professional experience in customer service/debt collection is an advantage, not a must (career changers are also welcome)
  • Good German and Bulgarian language skills
  • Confident handling of common Microsoft Office programs
