Tasks

  • Processing and monitoring of outstanding receivables at home and abroad
  • Written and telephone communication with debtors
  • Expert advice for debtors
  • Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
  • Recording business transactions in the company software
  • Support in the further development of our internal processes in receivables management

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Previous professional experience in debt collection/receivables management is an advantage.
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Careful, structured and independent work style
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork skills and assertiveness
  • Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
