To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Bulgarian-speaking customer service representative (m/f/d) to start immediately on a full-time basis.

Tasks

  • Processing customer emails
  • Telephone and written communication with customers
  • Expert advice
  • Customer-oriented problem solving
  • Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
  • Recording business transactions in the company software

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training
  • Professional experience in customer service/debt collection is an advantage, but not a requirement (career changers are also very welcome)
  • Good German and Bulgarian language skills
  • Confident use of common Microsoft Office programs
