Responsibilities

  • Proactive promotion and development of internal and external responsibilities
  • Simultaneous execution of several independent projects and development work
  • Participation in and introduction of planning, reviews and retrospectives (SCRUM process)
  • Definition and prioritization of product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Creation and maintenance of the product backlog
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of product developments
  • Proactively gather ideas from the team, evaluate them, and integrate them into the product strategy.
  • Collaboration with the development team and external service providers to ensure that the requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Modeling of business processes in collaboration with the responsible employees
  • Supporting change processes during product implementation
  • Close collaboration with interdisciplinary development teams and external partners to ensure efficient implementation

Qualification

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, information technology or a comparable qualification
  • At least three years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way
  • Experience in working with international teams
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
