WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

  • Lead Analysis:
    • Analyse and evaluate leads to identify potential opportunities within the car park operations sector.
    • Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our services.
  • Outreach:
    • Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
    • Tailor communication to showcase the value proposition of our services.
  • Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for our sales team with qualified leads.
    • Maintain an organised and efficient appointment setting process.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads to build rapport and trust.
    • Keep detailed records of interactions and ensure accurate lead information.
  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and preferences for appointments.
  • Provide relevant information and insights to enhance the sales process.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in a similar role
    • Familiarity with industry trends, terminology, and key players.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to articulate complex ideas and services in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritise leads effectively.
    • Ability to understand client requirements and tailor communication accordingly.
  • Customer-Focused:
    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
    • Ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Organisational Skills:
    • Excellent organisational skills to manage and maintain a high volume of leads and appointments.
    • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping.
