MORE WELSH TOWNS GO PAY AND DISPLAY

Metric, who first supplied Carmarthenshire County Council 15 years’ ago, will be installing 16 of their Accent S2 machines in Newcastle Emlyn, Llandeilo, Llandovery and Ammanford where the cost of parking will be 20p for four hours and 40p all day.

Eight of the machines that were installed are solar powered two of which will be located in in Newcastle Emlyn, three in Llandovery and three in Ammanford.

The new installations will bring the number of Metric machines in Carmarthenshire to a total of 42.
