PowerPark Flex, a New CAB Chair, and a Record Attendance at T2 Systems' 10th PowerHouse User Group Conference

At the conference, T2 Systems launched PowerPark Flex and announced Sandra Smith, supervisor, Resort Municipality of Whistler, as chair of the T2 Customer Advisory Board (CAB).

"This is my favorite event of the year." said Mike Simmons, president and co-founder of T2 Systems. "We receive direct feedback from our customers. Much of that feedback is positive. We also receive many suggestions and take those to heart. PowerPark Flex is a great example, because we’re already tweaking our priority list based on the feedback we received at User Group this year."



Many of the learning sessions at the conference revolved around PowerPark Flex, a web-based, parking data warehouse application, with topics ranging from technical overviews to live demonstrations of the product. Several other sessions focused on PowerPark, where approximately 50 people received PowerPark New User Certification during the conference.

Many of the presenters were T2 users themselves. Some moderated roundtable discussions, while others presented specific topics. Either way, T2 Users exchanged ideas with one another to help solve each other’s problems with best practice solutions from the parking industry. One of the T2 user moderators was Peter Lange, associate director of Transportation Services, University of Texas A & M.

"One of the greatest assets we have, as parking professionals, is each other. As attendance keeps growing each year at T2 User Group, every problem voiced at a roundtable is met with more solutions." said Lange. "With over 300 in attendance, this conference is a networking opportunity beneficial to a wide variety of parking operations."
