Spokane International Airport is a 6,000-acre commercial service airport served by eight airlines offering nonstop service to 20 destinations throughout the U.S. The second busiest airport in Washington State, the Airport handled 3,280,062 total passengers in 2021. With traffic growing higher and demand increasing for travel facilities across North America, having a reliable and accurate GTMS for commercial vehicles is critical to maximizing airport revenue and ensuring the best passenger experience.

GTMSThe Airport has been successfully using our GTMS software and long-range RFID platform for several years. In 2022, they decided to upgrade their GTMS to also utilize our high performance LPR Cameras. By using the CT-45 LPR cameras, they are able to maintain additional control over the usage of the commercial vehicles. The dual (IR and white light) LPR camera is able to capture all distinct types of vehicles traveling at variable speeds and angles with extremely high accuracy. Commercial vehicles can now utilize their license plate as a credential in addition to an RFID tag and new vehicles registering with the airport can use the license plate as their identifier.
