Allpro Parking coming to Pittsburgh

N.Y.-based Allpro Parking LLC is expanding into the Pittsburgh parking management market with the hiring of Alan E. Kraemer as vice president of business development.
Kraemer will work out of a Pittsburgh office and will be focused on growing the business in Pittsburgh and surrounding area, the company said. Currently, he is working out of a home office while the company works on landing its first contracts, said President Richard Serra.

Historically, being in this business for 35 years, I have been familiar with Pittsburgh and felt it was a suitable size market that lines up with our strategies, he said. This is the companys first Pennsylvania location.

Right now, Kraemer is focused on introducing the company to potential clients, which include hospitals and other entities that have parking operations and facilities. Serra expects the Pittsburgh office will have three to four people initially.

Allpro operates 72 parking facilities, including 60 locations in Buffalo, 10 facilities in Rochester, N.Y., and six in Jamestown, N.Y. The company is also moving into Ohio with one location in Cincinnati.

Allpro also announced the hiring of Robb Rice as business development manager overseeing Ohio, Northern Kentucky and West Virginia.
