Allpro Parking Expands Throughout Ohio

Allpro Parking, LLC announces the opening of operations at seven new locations throughout Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati, Ohio as of March 1st, including the company’s first locations in downtown Cleveland. This is Allpro Parking’s largest single expansion in Ohio since starting business with Hamilton County in August of 2008.

In Cleveland, Allpro is now operating the PNC Garage, located at 750 Vincent Ave, as well as the Chesterfield Garage, located at 1801 E. Twelfth Street, convenient to Progressive Field, Quickens Loan Arena and The Playhouse, respectively. Allpro Parking initially entered the northern Ohio market in February of 2011 with valet operations at University Hospital’s Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, OH.

Adding to the Columbus portfolio will be the Spring Street Lot, 45 E. Spring Street, near the central business districts as well as the South High Garage located at 107 South High Street close to the Ohio State House and the Columbus Commons.

In Cincinnati, Allpro Parking has added The Tower Place Garage, located at 118 West Fourth Street, convenient to Paul Brown Stadium, Carew Tower, an the Cincinnati Convention Center, to it’s offerings. Additionally Allpro Parking has joined Race Street Partners, LLC as an equity partner in purchasing the Race Street Garage, located at 321 Race Street. Allpro Parking will manage the garage, which is near Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ball Park, The Freedom Center and other destinations in the Cincinnati Banks Project.

These new locations have added nearly 3,400 spaces to the Allpro Parking Ohio portfolio. Allpro Parking, LLC operates in 9 cities managing more than 100 locations with 42,394 parking spaces annually.
