APCOA wins East Midlands International Airport contract
APCOA is delighted to announce the award of a new five-year parking management contract at East Midlands International Airport (EMIA).
This significant addition to the APCOA airports portfolio encompasses all on-airport parking, together with associated bussing. The total number of parking spaces under management is in excess of 9,000. In addition, we will be implementing our new innovative Drop Off Zone solution. Furthermore, this new contract represents a new client in Manchester Airport Group (MAG).
The airport is located between Nottingham, Derby and Leicester and currently handles over five million passengers a year, and serves more than 100 destinations. It is also the UKs second largest cargo airport after Heathrow. DHL, UPS, TNT and the Royal Mail all have major hubs at EMIA.
