APCOA Acquires Parken & Management in Germany

APCOA, the leading parking and smart mobility services provider, today announced the acquisition of Parken & Management, a provider of technology-enabled parking solutions in Germany. The acquisition strengthens APCOA’s parking management and monitoring capabilities while expanding its customer base in Germany. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Serving a diverse portfolio of locations, including retail parks, airports, commercial properties and other private facilities, Parken & Management has provided professional parking management and monitoring solutions to customers across Germany for almost 10 years. Its focus is on digital solutions to make parking simpler and more seamless, aligns with APCOA’s value proposition and technology capabilities, including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR).

Parken & Management’s Managing Director, Werner Nuoffer, will continue to work closely with both businesses in the coming months, supporting a smooth transition and ensuring continuity for customers and partners.
