APCOA Appoints Peter Minev as Chief Technology & Product Officer

Minev has extensive experience in leadership roles in technology and product development.

Peter Minev (45) joined the Executive Board of APCOA, Europe’s leading parking operator, on 1 September 2023. As Chief Technology & Product Officer, he is responsible for the company’s overall technology and product development.

Minev has extensive experience in leadership roles in technology and product development, including with VMware (a global leader in private cloud computing and virtualisation), Careem (acquired by Uber), and Clark (a major European digital insurance platform). Most recently, he served on Clark’s board of directors since 2021, first as CTO and then as CTPO. He has also been a Product Executive Board Member of UK fintech Titanbay since December 2022, a position he continues to hold.
