APCOA to Deliver Major Parking Services Contract for Northern Ireland’s Department for Infrastructure

This landmark partnership marks one of the most extensive service mobilisations ever undertaken by APCOA, delivering services across all areas of Northern Ireland.” The contract includes the establishment of 19 regional operational bases and two vehicle pounds, providing a fully integrated network to support DfI’s transport and parking infrastructure.

The mobilisation phase, which has taken place over the past eight months, reflects APCOA’s proven capability to deliver complex, high-value contracts with exceptional precision and professionalism. The project has been managed with the highest standards of operational rigour, underpinned by robust methodology and detailed planning across every element of service delivery along with high levels of collaboration with key stakeholders.
