APCOA Italia Will Manage the Lauben Portici Car Park in Bolzano Starting March 5th
It Will Be Temporarily Closed From February 28th to March 4th for Renovations
Starting Thursday, March 5, the Lauben Portici car park, located in the heart of Bolzano's historic center, will be managed by APCOA Italia SpA, a company of the APCOA Group, a European leader in parking and urban mobility services.
The facility will be temporarily closed from February 28th to March 4th to allow for the new management to take over and for technological and operational upgrades to be carried out. Once the work is complete, the parking lot will reopen to the public, operating 24 hours a day.
The change in management will bring significant improvements and new implementations, with a particular focus on digital innovation and service quality. Advanced services will be gradually introduced, including pre-booking parking spaces and payment via the APCOA Flow app, allowing users to manage parking quickly, easily, and completely digitally. Furthermore, the Telepass and UnipolMove electronic toll collection systems will be activated, ensuring an even smoother access and payment experience.
"Taking over management of the Lauben Portici car park is a particularly significant moment for us. For APCOA, it represents a significant return: Bolzano is the city where our Italian headquarters was founded over forty years ago. Returning today, after almost twenty years, as the market leader in Italy and Europe represents a significant milestone in our growth journey. We are delighted that our paths have crossed again, with the aim of providing the city with experience, innovation, and an advanced vision of urban mobility ," says Arturo Benigna, CEO of APCOA Italy.
